1. When will my pictures be ready to view?
Your pictures will typically be ready to view a week after picture day at the latest. If you have registered on our website via the information sent out by the school, you will automatically receive an email with a link to your pictures! If you have not registered we likely do not have a way to get your pictures to you, so make sure you’re registered on time to receive the fastest updates and access to your coupon as soon as it’s available!

2. How do I use my coupon?
Once your pictures become available, your coupon will be automatically loaded into your account for the first week of the sale! The details of the coupon amount will be on your gallery page. There is also a countdown at the top of the page that alerts you to how much time you have left before the coupon expires. Don’t wait too long! Act fast and get the best deals available for your pictures!

3. How do I combine galleries if I have more than one child?
If you have registered your children under the same email address, you should already be receiving an emailed link which takes you to a gallery of all of their pictures combined. If this is not the case, or if you want to purchase pictures of a child you didn’t register, simply access your gallery home page under the “Overview” tab. Scroll down until you see “Log in with an additional code” and enter the other child’s access code. That’s it! If you don’t know your access code, feel free to reach out to us at ckvisuals.com/contact and we’d be happy to provide it for you!

4. What is retouching?
Retouching is an optional add-on to your picture order that allows you to tweak certain details in your photos. We can airbrush acne, remove stains, get rid of flyaway hairs, whiten teeth, and more! If this sounds like something you are interested in, simply click the “Individual Products” tab at the top of the screen, select the image you’d like retouched, and then add the “Retouching” option on the right hand side to your cart. Please note that if you would like more than one image retouched you will need to add the retouching option for each unique image.
For example, if you order three prints each of Image A & B, and only select retouching for Image A, then the three prints of Image A will be retouched while the prints of Image B will not.
If you’ve purchased retouching on your order you will also need to let us know what it is that you would like retouched! You can do so at ckvisuals.com/contact
NOTE: We will not alter the physical appearance of someone beyond minor cosmetic items. i.e. we will not adjust weight, face shape, etc.

5. How long does shipping take?
Once you place your order, it is sent to the print lab directly. Processing times usually take 3-5 business days in lab, and then another 3-5 business days of shipping time. The carrier used is typically USPS, but is occasionally also UPS. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks of placing it, please reach out to us at ckvisuals.com/contact and we will check on the status for you.
NOTE: All shipping information provided by you is pulled directly from your entry, so make sure to double check it for accuracy!

6. How does free shipping to the school work? (for participating schools only)
If your school is participating in the free shipping option, you will be able to have your ordered shipped to the school free of charge! There is a limited time window to take advantage of this, which will be disclosed to you when the photos first become available. All photo orders placed with the free shipping option will be shipped AFTER the promotion window closes, at which point the orders will arrive at the school and be given to your children to bring home to you!

7. How do I purchase individual items?
If you need an extra individual 8x10, or want a specific set of prints that are not encompassed by our available packages, you can order these by clicking the “Individual Products” tab at the top of your gallery page. From here, you can select the image you’d like to purchase, and then from there you’ll be able to select from a range of products.
If you select “Print - Lustre”, you can select from any individual size print you’d like. You can also purchase the image as an individual digital download. We also offer a range of speciality items such as mugs, keychains, and magnets that you can purchase with your child’s image on it.

8. What are digital downloads?
Digital Downloads are high quality image files of your child’s photos that you can download as soon as they are purchased. With the included print release PDF, you can print these as many times as you would like wherever you’d like! They’re also great for use online or on social media. We highly recommend these, as you can have them on hand to use forever!

9. Is the watermark going to be removed from the image?
Of course! The watermark is only used to protect your images against illegal downloads.

10. Can I crop the images? What about adding filters?
Yes! You will find this option within the shopping cart. Select “Crop & Edit Photo” and you will be able to crop the pictures as well as add filters!

11. Where can I see the status of my order?
The easiest way to check the status of your order is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under “My Account” at the top of the page.
